Join our Women's Health team at our Bloomington Clinic and our newly expanded Eden Prairie Specialty Clinic Women's Health services in Eden Prairie will include full spectrum of Women's Health services. The care team focuses on whole person care with a multi-disciplinary care team to support a patient through their health journey.
Key Position Details:

Job Description:

• Provides direct care for obstetrics and gynecology patients.
• Provides direct patient care to women which may include specializing in areas of general medicine, the reproductive system, pregnancy and childbirth.
• Provides education, consultation or intervention to patients (treatment plan) and their families.
• Works collaboratively with patients to improve their health and well-being.
• Practices in a thoughtful manner including consideration for cultural diversity, individual autonomy and legal responsibilities.

Practice details:

• Women's Health Service line has eight labor and delivery locations; 13,800 deliveries/year; 30 clinics; 53 OBGYNs; 21 OB hospitalists; 13 Clinical Nurse Midwives, 11 Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists, 2 fetal interventionalists.
• Nursing Support programs for Rx refills, triage and pap results
• After hours answering service support
• Quaternary hospital: Abbott Northwestern, Lv IV NICU; Tertiary hospitals - Mercy and United with level III NICUs, and 6 regional hospitals

Job Requirements

• MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required.
• Obstetrics & Gynecology BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required
• Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable
• BLS Tier 3 - Multisource required within 6 months of hire

Allina Health Eden Prairie Specialty Clinic will be a newly expanded state of the art 4-story, 50,000 square foot facility conveniently located at 185th Street and I-35, close to St. Paul, Minneapolis and MSP International Airport. Specialties available at this location will include Cardiovascular Care, Cardiac Rehab, Primary Care, Women's Health (Obstetrics and Gynecology and Urogynecology), and Orthopedics.

Allina Health Bloomington Clinic facility conveniently located at 7920 Old Cedar Ave S, Bloomington, MN 55433 just minutes from Mall of America, Ikea, Great Wolf Lodge and the MSP International Airport.
