What You Will DoThis is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
- Deliver exceptional, full-spectrum OB/GYN care across a balanced inpatient and outpatient setting, ensuring innovative and compassionate outcomes for a rapidly growing patient population.
- Champion the landmark launch of the brand-new, $320M Ascension Seton Women's Hospital, helping shape the culture and clinical excellence of Austin's premier destination for maternal care.
- Collaborate with an elite, multidisciplinary team-including a robust group of 6 peer physicians, advanced practice providers, and dedicated support staff-to foster a highly supportive and efficient care environment.
- Utilize cutting-edge surgical suites and technology, including the DaVinci Robotics system with dedicated block time, to perform advanced, minimally invasive procedures that optimize patient recovery.
- Manage a predictable call structure consisting of five 24-hour shifts, ensuring the highest standards of safety for the community while supporting team balance.
About the Practice- Experienced team of 6 physicians, 1 physician assistant, 2 nurse practitioners
- 3-4 full clinic days, 5 (24 hr) call shifts per month
- Call Schedule: 1:9
- Onsite Maternal Fetal Medicine and Urogyn services
- Onsite lab
- DaVinci Robotics
- Deliver at brand new state-of-the-art women's hospital with OBGYN emergency care and Level III NICU

What You Will NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- Licensed Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Texas Medical Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
