Full Job Description
We are looking for a candidate who works well independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential. The base pay for this full-time position is $100,000 per year. Paid Time Off and Health/Vision/Dental Insurance options are available. This position also includes bonus potential.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure they are satisfied with the overall team performance and their experience with operations.
  • Monitor the performance of concierge services and initiate corrective action when needed
  • Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints. Initiate corrective action.
  • Establish and maintain a proactive human resource function to ensure concierge staff motivation, training, and development.
  • Develop new programs that increase client satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Manage in compliance with established company policies and procedures and local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Reward employees who meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Job Skills:

  • Computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheets, and familiarity with specific property management systems.
  • Ability to exercise excellent communication, presentation, organization, time management, and listening skills.
  • Ability to successfully interact with all levels of customers and management.


Job Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Concierge in a Residential Building or a comparable hospitality industry
  • 5 years of operations experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Multi-Unit experience preferred
  • Possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive to properties.
