The base pay for this full-time position is $100,000 per year. Paid Time Off and Health/Vision/Dental Insurance options are available. This position also includes bonus potential.

Job Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure they are satisfied with the overall team performance and their experience with operations.
- Monitor the performance of concierge services and initiate corrective action when needed
- Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints. Initiate corrective action.
- Establish and maintain a proactive human resource function to ensure concierge staff motivation, training, and development.
- Develop new programs that increase client satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Manage in compliance with established company policies and procedures and local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Reward employees who meet or exceed client expectations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Skills:- Computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheets, and familiarity with specific property management systems.
- Ability to exercise excellent communication, presentation, organization, time management, and listening skills.
- Ability to successfully interact with all levels of customers and management.
Job Qualifications:- Experience as a Concierge in a Residential Building or a comparable hospitality industry
- 5 years of operations experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Multi-Unit experience preferred
- Possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive to properties.
