Join our team as a day shift, full-time, Emergency Room (ER) Nursing Manager in Tulsa, OK.

The RN Nurse Manager is responsible for assisting the CNO with the overall leadership responsibilities of the department in accordance with established nursing standards, philosophy and Hillcrest's mission/vision. The Nurse Manager serves as a vital link between management and the clinical staff as well as striving to achieve efficient, safe and cost-effective patient care.

Job Requirements:
  • Current RN License in the state of Oklahoma.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • ACLS and PALS within 90 days of employment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the Emergency Department
  • BLS certification must be obtained with 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
  • Previous Charge or leadership experience
  • Certification preferred: CEN (Certified Emergency Nurse), NE-BC, NEA-BC, or other relevant nursing leadership certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change, build team accountability, and foster a positive culture during periods of transition.
  • Prior experience managing an Emergency Department with responsibility for frontline clinical staff and day-to-day operations.
