Nursing Home AdministratorJob Summary:ALIYA Healthcare Consulting is seeking an experienced Administrator to lead one of our skilled nursing facilities in Chicago, IL. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the facility's strategy, operations, and outcomes. Our Administrator will lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability, compliance, and resident-centered care.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:- Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct the day-to-day operations of the facility and its programs
- Provide leadership and guidance to department directors, promoting teamwork and collaboration across departments
- Develop, implement, and maintain facility policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Ensure residents' rights, quality of care, and quality of life standards are upheld at all times
- Interpret and communicate facility policies to staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies
- Participate in surveys and inspections conducted by authorized government agencies
- Oversee risk management, quality assurance, infection control, and performance improvement programs
- Monitor facility budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation to meet organizational goals
- Lead departmental meetings, training programs, and staff development initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information, including protected health information (PHI)
- Promote a culture of accountability, compliance, and resident-centered care
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Operations

Job Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree required; degree in Business Administration or Health Administration preferred
- Current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator's license in Illinois
- Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility
- Knowledge of nursing facility operations, reimbursement regulations, and compliance standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
