About the JobWe are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team who will provide mental health services and quality care to our clients.
Responsibilities include:- Helping with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments, and consultations.
- Prescribe medication, examine patients, diagnose illnesses and provide treatment.
- Orders, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests.
- Gather health histories, and perform physical examinations and diagnostic procedures.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Mental Health and Primary Care.
Requirements:- Must hold current license/registration to practice in MD.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion.
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
- Master's Degree in Nursing.
- Be able to accept Medicaid/Medicare and many insurances.
- Able to bill your own clients.
- Be able to handle a case load of 70 clients.
- Work in our office four days a week.
- Must be able to prescribe medication for substance abuse clients.
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN OUR OFFICE IS A MUST.
