Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program; valid RN license; board certification required for Nurse Practitioner.
• Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program with state-specific PA license and board certification.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership role with on-site management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of operational functions including quality assurance, finance, and employee management.
• Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency. Alternates structures for speed and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate medical equipment.
• Perform physical exams and patient observations.
• Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patients' responses.
• Assist in documentation management for patient and study records.
• Conduct protocol-related assessments for clinical research subjects.
• Provide on-call coverage if required.
• Assess changes in patient health and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Manage clinical trial operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate effectively with staff and participate in meetings.
• Adhere to Good Clinical Practices (GCP), ICH guidelines, and HIPAA regulations.
