Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program.
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience in a clinic setting.
• Valid Nurse Practitioner License and ANA Certification.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• OB-GYN REI experience preferred, not required.
• Preferred experience in ultrasound and phlebotomy.

Responsibilities

• Obtain complete medical histories and physical data on patients.
• Interpret and integrate data for appropriate diagnostics and treatments.
• Perform complete physical exams and collaborate with physicians on patient care.
• Order necessary laboratory and diagnostic procedures.
• Synthesize data to establish preliminary diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Administer medications and injections as directed by physicians.
• Maintain and review patient records and respond to telephone consultations.
• Perform diagnostic procedures such as biopsies and artificial insemination.
