Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30p.m. This leadership position requires participation in the Nursing Leadership on-call rotation and availability outside of regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as operations needs require.

The Nurse Manager is responsible for the clinical practice of nursing which includes directing all services provided by the Nursing Services Department. The Nurse Manager is responsible for ensuring coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice and hospital policy, goals and objectives
Qualifications Nurse Manager Requirements: - Current license to practice nursing in the state of Arizona (or eligible to receive or renew).
- Three years-experience in Nursing Administration preferred.
- Experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting with adults 18+ preferred
- Must pass a medication administration exam before administering medications, CPR certification upon hire.
- Successful completion of (SAMA) including restraint and seclusion policies, within 30 days of employment, and prior to assisting in restraining procedures.
