Seeking a leader to oversee a 21-bed Inpatient Medical Psychiatry unit caring for a medically complex patient population, with a strong focus on Geriatric Psychiatry. This role requires clinical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to manage a team in a dynamic environment where patients present with both significant psychiatric needs and medical comorbidities. Ideal candidates bring prior leadership experience, a collaborative approach, and a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
This Nurse Manager (under the leadership of the Nursing Director), will lead a team of approximately 80 FTEs within a highly specialized inpatient unit providing care for patients with Medical and Behavioral Health diagnoses. Additionally, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, along with the operational expertise needed to lead in a complex, multidisciplinary care environment.
