Job Summary and QualificationsThe Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives
What qualifications you will need:- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Must be a (RN) Registered Nurse in the State of Texas - compact is accepted
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required
- 5 years' experience required years of experience in specialty area is required
- Must have 2 years of supervisory/management experience in an acute care environment
