Nurse Manager - Medical Surgical

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager - Medical Surgical to lead a dynamic and dedicated nursing team in beautiful Vancouver, Washington. What You'll Do

As the Nurse Manager - Medical Surgical, you will provide leadership for 24-hour nursing operations while fostering an environment focused on quality, safety, service excellence, and caregiver engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Medical Surgical unit, including staffing, patient outcomes, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance
  • Lead, mentor, and develop nursing teams while promoting a culture of accountability and professional growth
