- Daily case load is approximately 15-18 patients per day.
- Additional support from our Diabetes Educator, RN Care Coordinators, Wound Care, Dermatology, Behavioral Health, Palliative Care and Women's Health. 4-day or 5-day work week.

WHAT YOU BRING- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- National certification as an NP or PA
- Ability to obtain an Oregon NP or PA license
- Current DEA certification or ability to obtain
- Experience in Urgent Care, Walk-In Clinic, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a related setting preferred
