Responsibilities

  • Manage activities, workflow, and nursing resources of assigned unit(s).
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

  • Identify and resolve issues impacting patient care services.
  • Develop and implement health service policies and procedures, ensuring efficiency.
  • Monitor budget adherence, approving expenditures and purchases when necessary.
