Nurse Manager- Home Infusion Pharmacy- Portland, Oregon

Schedule- Full Time/ Days

Implements and administers the policies and procedures of the Home Infusion Department. Supervises employees and coordinates interdisciplinary care to the patient in the home. Determines staffing needs. Assigns staffing and is responsible for meeting productivity and staffing continuity standards. Participates in development of department policies, procedures and quality management plan. Upholds the standards of confidentiality, attendance and punctuality.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or healthcare related field or equivalent educ/experience.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
  • 4 years - Home Infusion experience.
  • 2 years - Supervisory experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
