Are you a Clinical Educator who finds purpose in building the competency of the nurses and caregivers around you? As a Clinical Educator RN at Providence Medical Group Northwest Washington, you'll develop, implement, and sustain clinical education programs and training initiatives that directly shape the quality of care delivered across our ambulatory clinics. From designing instructor-led courses and e-learning modules to conducting learning assessments and establishing best practice standards, your work will ensure every caregiver on our team is equipped, confident, and ready to meet the evolving needs of our patients - all in alignment with ambulatory care policies, nursing standards, and state and federal regulations.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with minimum of 3 years experience or Professional level of knowledge equivalent to that acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • 3 years' experience in clinical education in healthcare setting and/or direct nursing care experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree: Strong preference for an advanced degree in Nursing, Education, or Business/Health.
  • Teaching degree or equivalent education/experience.
  • 2 years Ambulatory Care and/or medical group practice setting experience.
