Full Job Description
Position Title: Superintendent

Salary Range: $125,000-$155,000/ Year, DOE, with significant annual bonus potential

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for large-scale institutional and educational construction projects, including complex ground-up work with significant MEPF scopes. This role will oversee subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, inspections, and day-to-day project execution while coordinating closely with project leadership, owners, architects, and trade partners.

We're looking for a seasoned construction leader with a strong general contractor background, experience delivering $30M+ projects, and the field presence to lead complex teams and scopes from the ground up.

Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day field operations for large-scale institutional, educational and commercial construction projects
  • Manage subcontractors and trade partners while driving accountability for schedule, safety, quality and overall project execution
  • Oversee complex MEPF scopes, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems
  • Coordinate construction schedules, inspections and field activities to keep projects progressing efficiently
  • Partner with project teams, owners, architects and trade contractors to resolve issues and maintain alignment throughout construction
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and field communication using Procore and Microsoft Office
  • Take ownership of assigned project scopes while maintaining the standards expected on complex, high-value construction projects

Requirements
  • 7+ years of construction experience preferred with senior-level experience managing projects valued at $30M+
  • Current or recent experience working for a general contractor
  • Proven experience leading institutional, educational, municipal, or commercial construction projects
  • Strong MEPF knowledge with the ability to coordinate complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection scopes
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large subcontractor teams and manage multiple priorities in a demanding field environment
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills with a stable employment history
  • K-12, higher education, ground-up construction, $100M+ project experience and Procore proficiency are highly preferred
