Job Description:The
NRM Sr Manager, will play a critical role in Haleon's Net Revenue Management (NRM) organization by driving net sales growth and other key business performance metrics. They will drive promotional and trade strategy which will lead to fact-based and timely business recommendations in the areas of Promotional & Trade terms optimization and Mix management. In this role, the Sr. Manager will serve as a point of contact for revenue management activities to the Customer Strategy, Field Sales, and Marketing teams organizations.
The position requires strong analytical skills combined with business acumen and communication skills. The Sr. Manager will apply these skills by driving customer & brand strategies and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen Haleon's promo, trade and mix capability.

Promotion Management- Lead the development of promotional design guidelines based on insights and support the promo governance process.
- Conduct promotional event level ROI analysis by account and/or by brand. Present those findings and work collaboratively with Customer Strategy and Sales leaders to make recommendations on adjusting promotional calendars to meet Company goals.
- Build recommendations of new promotional price points and mechanics that will help drive promo uplift and strong ROI to grow Haleon's brands and customers
Active Mix Management- Set strategy and evaluate product mix relative to sales and profitability
- Provide mix insights for internal business planning tied to brand strategy and trade execution
- Support the ongoing management and maintenance of the Active Mix Management Tool and use to drive key workstreams such as add/delete and assortment planning
Trade Investment Management- Lead the optimization and deployment of trade spend based on analysis in partnership with customer strategy.
- Build reporting and analysis approach for trade investments to benchmark spend and evaluate corresponding net sales performance & return on investment
- Work with Net Revenue Management, Sales Finance, Customer Strategy and Customer teams to support the modelling of new trade strategies
NRM Capabilities Enhancement Support- Support the development of US Promotional, Mix, and Trade optimization tools and reporting in partnership with cross functional teams in the US and Global organization.
*The position is based in Warren, NJ, and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in-office presence of 3 days per week. Why you?Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience within consumer packaged goods (CPG) commercial functions
- Previous NRM experience, including the design and execution of NRM levers (Pricing, PPA, Promo, Trade and Mix) and strategy tied directly to BU financial outcomes to drive profitable growth
- Hands-on expertise with the US retail landscape, including large-format customers (Walmart, Target, Costco, Amazon, Drug/Club), omnichannel commerce, and shopper dynamics
- Proven ability to engage, influence, and align cross functional partners, gaining buy-in and navigating highly matrixed organizations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Master's degree in business administration, management or related field
- Experience leading Promotional calendar and/or Trade Terms Optimization within US retail customers and sales teams
- Familiarity with syndicated data sources (Circana, Nielsen), pricing and promotional tools, or ERP systems
- Experience with statistical modeling, elasticity, or demand forecasting.
The Salary Range for this role is $ 143,620 - 215,430
