LVL serves as an incubator for next-generation go-to-market approaches, testing and scaling strategies that can shape the future of commercialization across Amgen's broader portfolio.

Within the LVL portfolio, Nplate® (romiplostim) is a priority lifecycle brand with an opportunity to drive growth, strengthen customer engagement, and generate scalable learnings for LVL.

What you will do

  • Lead commercial strategy for other high priority customer segments, including advanced practice providers (APPs), pharmacists, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and other strategic stakeholders to improve customer engagement and support brand growth.
  • Support Opinion Leader (OL) engagement strategy, partnering with Medical Affairs, Field Medical, Sales, Congress, and Advocacy teams to ensure coordinated engagement with key hematology thought leaders.
  • Support commercial planning and execution for major hematology congresses, coordinating activities before, during, and after congresses to maximize organizational impact and customer engagement.
  • Support development and execution of the Nplate annual brand strategy and tactical plans, translating strategic priorities into integrated tactical plans and ensuring alignment across patient and other priority customer segments.
  • Manage the Nplate marketing budget, including forecasting, purchase order management, agency oversight and budget tracking, and supporting effective allocation of resources.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, Legal, Regulatory, Market Access, Commercial Data & Analytics (CD&A), Finance, and external agency partners to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality delivery of brand priorities.
  • Manage agency partners and Medical/Legal/Regulatory Materials and Compliance review for assigned promotional materials to ensure compliant, high-quality execution delivered on time and within budget.
  • Champion Lifecycle Value Lab (LVL) innovation by participating in commercial experiments on behalf of the Nplate brand, evaluating marketing performance and customer insights, documenting key learnings, and identifying opportunities to optimize commercial execution and inform scalable best practices for the group.
