NOW HIRING ELECTRICAL FIELD ENGINEER - PHOENIX, AZ!We are hiring a
motivated Electrical Field Engineer to support a
large-scale, long-term industrial construction project in Phoenix, AZ .
This is a
full-time, ON-SITE position and a great opportunity for an early-career engineer looking to build hands-on experience in electrical, instrumentation, construction, and field engineering.
What You'll Be Doing- Coordinate electrical and instrumentation work at the job site
- Work with subcontractors, vendors, contractors, and field teams
- Support equipment installation, inspections, troubleshooting, and commissioning
- Review electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, equipment layouts, and P&IDs
- Track project progress, punch lists, materials, and corrective actions
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and project documentation
- Attend client, subcontractor, and project coordination meetings
- Support safety meetings, JSA, toolbox talks, and risk assessments
- Assist with procurement, material tracking, and vendor coordination
What We're Looking For- 1-3 years of relevant experience; internships, co-ops, and academic projects considered
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation & Control, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Strong interest in field engineering, construction, or industrial facilities
- Ability to read or willingness to learn electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs
- Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and safety awareness
- Comfortable working fully on-site in a construction/industrial environment
Preferred Experience:- Water/wastewater treatment
- Semiconductor or high-tech facilities
- Electrical installation or commissioning
- Construction or field engineering
- Equipment installation or facility maintenance
Compensation & Benefits- Pay rate $95K - $115K (DOE)
- Weekly pay (direct deposit)
