--What will your typical day look like?Campaign Planning & Execution- Develop and lead the delivery of class action notice plans, working with Claims' administration teams and external parties
- Oversee campaign messaging, assets, web development, printing & mailing, and email communications
- Having a thorough understanding of the project's Settlement Agreement is a requirement so it can be translated into easy-to-understand messaging
- Lead and monitor workload, timelines, and costs to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and in line with agreed objectives
- Lead and track schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks to ensure accurate and timely outcomes
- Lead and translate program goals into actionable plans with clear milestones and success measures
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment / resolve blockers and ensure seamless campaign planning and execution.
Digital and Traditional Marketing- Lead digital advertising campaigns end-to-end, from budgeting to strategy to campaign management and reporting
- Develop strategies for using traditional advertising (i.e., television, radio and print) and work with media buy contacts to get the ads into market
- Work with and support our in-house design team and vendors to create compelling and action-oriented ads for all media
- Use data and analysis to support operational decisions and continuous improvement
Team Collaboration & Leadership- Lead, manage and support team members by setting clear expectations, monitoring workloads, and enabling effective delivery
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and professional development within teams
About the teamDeloitte Claims is a fast-growing team within our Risk, Regulatory & Forensics practice. We manage class action settlements of all sizes across both private and public sectors.
The Communications and Noticing team within Claims includes experienced communicators, marketers and designers who use traditional and non-traditional strategies to help ensure the greatest number of class members receive the information they need to participate in a settlement. We partner with litigators, in-house counsel, and courts from early case planning through final resolution, delivering expert guidance and operational precision at every stage.
On any given day, we work on multiple noticing strategies, constantly adapting to the needs of our audiences. We're the first team of its kind at Deloitte, and we're growing.
Enough about us, let's talk about youEducation & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing; or a Bachelor's degree in a related field with a post-graduate certificate or degree in Communications or Marketing
- Seven or more years of experience in corporate communications or marketing agency
- At least two years of experience leading teams and/or workstreams, including people management and operational strategy
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Advanced social media skills is a plus
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and outcomes-focused, with a strong sense of ownership for delivery quality and execution
- Bonus: Proficiency in French is preferred but not a requirement
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $86,000 - $144,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
