Director Integrated Business Planning & Process Excellence role, you'll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.
It starts with YOU.You will drive Kimberly-Clark's North America (KCNA) IBP and management process transformation strategy and execution. This includes the development of standard processes and system execution to deliver performance improvement across the business. You will play a central role in capability building and coaching across step process owners and business leaders as we install new skills in the organization.
As the expert, you will bring voice, experience and leadership in process transformation, elevation of business planning capabilities, a best in class governance, and must influence a variety of stakeholders. This includes leveraging internal and external contacts/networks to bring perspective and direction on process, improvement structure and technology. You will collaborate heavily with category teams, supply chain, and sales teams to ultimately drive improved processes that drive growth and profitability, as well as improved forecast accuracy and bias to enable performance delivery.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: - Develop North America IBP and management process transformation and improvement plan leveraging a fact-based gaps/opportunities diagnostic
- North America leader of Kimberly-Clark's IBP process, including standard structure, inputs/outputs, and approach to assess and improve
- Provide stewardship of the IBP process, supporting transformation roll-out, sustainment and improvement leveraging internal and external resources
- Provide ongoing capability building and coaching to step leaders and business leaders for each element of IBP to drive transformation and continuous improvement
- Subject matter expert for demand planning, capacity planning while supporting various areas including monthly demand plans, consumption models, network and production strategy optimization, integration of new businesses, and new product launches
- Ensure solid linkages and alignment between the SBP, ABP and planning processes executed alongside ongoing S&OP and S&OE Cycles
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: - Leadership experience managing regional and/or global teams, preferably in the areas of Planning and S&OP
- Cross-functional knowledge through the supply chain (Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Distribution, Planning, Sourcing and Supply, Transportation) including demonstrated knowledge of financial metrics and drivers
- Demonstrated ability to establish vision and strategy and lead implementation
- Proven technical knowledge of demand planning, including statistical forecasting and demand sensing with the ability to drive system discipline and performance analytics
- S&OP/S&OE/IBP experience, with hands-on experience implementing all, or multiple steps, and managing or leading one or multiple steps in a large-scale business
- Demonstrated personal credibility through solid communication skills, achieving results, and trusted relationships with others
- Demonstrated contagious positive energy to promote team engagement and drive results
- Willing to challenge the status quo and facilitate different perspectives to drive solutions

Salary Range: 185,780 - 240,140 USD
At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience.
