Full Job Description
In this leadership role, you will drive the execution of the corporate operating plan, oversee financial forecasting, and provide deep business analysis that supports executive management and key strategic initiatives. You will serve as a trusted business partner, delivering insightful reporting and financial intelligence that influences critical decisions at the highest levels of the organization.

Role Responsibilities
  • Analyzes business trends and risks/opportunities to develop key insight reporting for executive management with recommended action plans.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and board reporting materials that distill complex financial data into clear, strategic insights.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain sophisticated financial models to support long-range planning, scenario analysis, and consolidated risk and opportunity frameworks.
  • Guide and support FP&A and CFO organization teams by delivering clear structure and governance over planning directions, financial frameworks, and standardized reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency, enhance reporting capabilities, and support scalable business growth.
  • Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, providing leadership, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives and cross-functional CFO projects with financial thought leadership and execution rigor.


Role Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field, plus 7+ years of progressive professional experience; or a Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and executive-level reporting within a complex business environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success building and maintaining strong, productive relationships with executive leadership and cross-functional finance teams.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on continuous process improvement and operational excellence.

Applicants must be located in Miami, FL, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position requires working from the Miami office at least three days per week. Salary

Annual base salary range is $120,000 to 140,000 USD per year. Total on-target compensation includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
