The Next Gen Short Range Interceptor (NGSRI) program has an exciting opportunity for a Program Integrator. The Program Integrator (PI) will provide team leadership among the program office, assigned integrated product teams, and cross product teams, and is a direct report to the NGSRI Program Manager. NGSRI is an ongoing competitive development program, transitioning from demonstration into the production phase. This potential franchise program is a key component of the Land and Air Defense Systems growth strategy.

This role is responsible for program integration, coordination, and direct engagement with the program team and functional partners, in pursuit of day-to-day program execution; advocating Raytheon Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) plans, processes, and business objectives; and the implementation of PM best practices. This position requires tactical engagement with a multi-functional, geographically dispersed team.

What You Will Do
  • Develops program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (typically organized into integrated product teams (IPTs) and/or cross product teams (CPTs)) including but not limited to Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, and Data Management (CDRL support).
  • Display strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills, and comfortably interacts with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of leadership.
  • Supports establishment of standards and an executable program baseline using the approved business model and management tools.
  • Supports the program risk and opportunity process, in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations.
  • Supports daily program management and cadence such as risk review boards, customer reviews, IPT/CPT reviews, failure review boards, program management reviews (PMRs), staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments.
  • Manage the monthly financial cadence and quarterly EACs, including baselined IMS, WebStatus, monthly LRE in ETC, BCRs, VARs, and Risk and Opportunity management.
  • Prepares, revises, updates and monitors required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements and Raytheon's Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) and command media, such as gate reviews and the GEM tool, the program earned value management system (EVMS), and both corporate- and business-level policies and procedures.
  • Captures and tracks program action items and works with action owners to ensure timely satisfactorily closure of actions.
  • Identify and implement key program assessments and metrics to lead development of situational awareness charts and performance assessments that enable program success drivers by program leadership teams.
  • The role must establish and maintain a positive and inclusive program culture to which top talent is attracted.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the Short and Medium Range Ground Based Air Defense (SMGBAD) Program Integrator
  • Domestic and international travel may be required.


Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
  • Proficiency with PMX tool suite or similar program management systems
  • Experience balancing technical, cost, and schedule constraints to meet program deadlines and expectations.
  • Ability to mentor current and new CAMs, and improve current processes.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams (to potentially include Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support), and administrative functions) - preferably in the Aerospace and Defense industry
  • Candidate must have an active Secret Clearance


Qualifications We Prefer
  • Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals and synthesizing Submit Gate and Startup Gate packages for management review and approval
  • Raytheon Program Management certification at level 6 or 5, or ability to achieve within 6 months
  • Prior experience supporting development and production programs, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry
  • Working knowledge of contract formation, execution, management, and/or closeout
  • Product lifecycle management experience

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
