We are searching for a mid-level/senior associate to join our Corporate M&A group in our New York, Bay Area or LA office. We will consider strong candidates with mixed M&A and general transactional experience who are looking to transition to full-time M&A practice. Candidates can expect to collaborate with the general corporate group in a team oriented environment.
Job Requirements:- Previous large law firm experience required.
- Candidates must be admitted or eligible to waive into the State Bar of New York or California.
- Eagerness to work with emerging growth companies and funds.
- Demonstrated experience in M&A and/or private equity transactions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are highly valued.
