REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a New Product Introduction Manager (NPI) in Winston Salem, NC Lead the execution and governance of the New Product Introduction (NPI) process to ensure the successful commercialization of new products and product changes. Responsible for managing cross-functional projects from concept through launch, ensuring delivery against timeline, cost, quality, and business objectives. This role drives alignment across commercial and operational functions, mitigates risk, manages lifecycle impacts, and continuously improves NPI processes to support efficient and successful product introductions. Your key responsibilities will include: • Lead and optimize the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, ensuring compliance with governance, standards, and best practices. • Manage end-to-end product commercialization projects, delivering launches on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. • Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, milestones, timelines, and launch readiness activities. • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance. • Secure resources, facilitate communication, and drive accountability to achieve project deliverables and key milestones. • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while supporting business continuity and escalation processes. • Oversee product lifecycle activities, including launches, product changes, and discontinuations, minimizing operational and inventory risks. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance commercialization effectiveness, execution efficiency, and stakeholder experience. • Utilize project insights, lessons learned, and performance metrics to strengthen future product launch and portfolio management activities. • Perform other related duties as assigned.
