What You Drive at DTFS

Build and maintain multi-entity margin models that quantify, for each bundle concept, the margin outcome for DTNA, DTFS, insurance partners, aftermarket partners, and dealers at varying volume levels; demonstrate with numerical evidence the volume thresholds at which propositions deliver target margins for every participating party.

Develop volume sensitivity and comparative models (bundled vs standalone economics); document model assumptions transparently; partner with Finance and Treasury (discount rate, hurdle rate, cost of funds, FX), Risk/Credit (loss and default assumptions), Remarketing and DTNA (residual values), and Pricing (rate strategies) to source and validate inputs; stress-test outputs.

Build and maintain product performance dashboards (Power BI) for the US and Canadian portfolio: pilot KPIs, adoption, profitability, channel mix, customer segmentation; author SQL queries against enterprise data warehouses (ALFA, ProCollect, eCredit Pro, FIPRO).

Partner with Finance, Treasury, Risk, Remarketing, and the centralized Pricing function to operationalize deal economics for new product proposals; build sensitivity analyses for rate, residual, and FX scenarios; support residual value analysis in partnership with Remarketing and DTNA.

Author detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for new products and pilots in support of the Product Lead.

Analyze and apply existing Voice of Customer (VoC) data, dealer surveys, and customer research outputs sourced from the Marketing function to inform business cases and pilot designs; synthesize survey data into structured insight summaries.

Conduct competitive intelligence research on US/Canadian captive and commercial finance competitors, with particular attention to bundled propositions in market; maintain a living competitive benchmark; provide reciprocal analytical support to the Mexico Product Lead during peak loads.

  • Working understanding of the commercial truck industry: new truck segments, dealer-OEM-captive sales models, customer profiles (fleets, owner-operators), and commercial truck lifecycle: sufficient to model bundle economics meaningfully
  • Analytical skills in using data to identify trends; formulating and testing hypotheses; integrating information from a variety of sources; and evaluating statistical information
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience:
  • Commercial truck parts, warranties, and service contracts; basic awareness of how these products integrate into bundle economics
  • Telematics and connectivity services
