The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, multi-entity environment. This role will support financial modeling, consolidated reporting across business units, operational analytics, and process improvement initiatives that help drive scalability across the organization. - Limit recurring ad-hoc reporting by developing reusable datasets, shared reporting layers, and self-service options.
- Design and maintain data structures that support operating forecasts, long-range planning, and repeatable analysis.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, refresh errors, modeling issues, and inconsistencies in reporting outputs.
- Replace manual reporting steps with automated solutions using Power Query, dataflows, modeling techniques, and workflow tools.
- Strengthen data quality, metric alignment, and repeatability across FP&A processes and stakeholder groups.
- Help evolve Finance workflows so AI-enabled solutions can deliver more timely information and stronger predictive capabilities.
- Provide analytical support to FP&A and Finance teams.
- Prepare variance analysis and translate financial data into clear, actionable insights.
Key Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Advanced Power BI capability, including DAX, Power Query/M, dimensional modeling, dataflows, and workspace administration.
- Two to six years of relevant experience in BI development, data analytics, FP&A, financial reporting, or a closely related area.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and core FP&A concepts.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Proven ability to automate manual processes and deliver reporting solutions that can scale.
- Analytical, detail-oriented approach with the communication skills needed to partner effectively across Finance and technical teams.
- SQL or relational database experience.
- Experience with ERP systems (Sage 300) and preferred financial reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
