Full Job Description
This is for a New Graduate Registered Nurse position in the Emergency Department, full time night shift.

Unit Highlights

Welcome to Medstar Harbor Hospital. Medstar Harbor Emergency Department is a 27 bed department with 20 main ED beds and 7 fast track beds. The Emergency Department see's approximately 40,000 patients a year and serves a diverse patient population. Gain great experience caring for patients of all ages, and various medical complaints. Harbor Hospital is approximately 1 mile from Interstate 95, allowing an easier commute for their employees with free onsite parking. Take advantage of the many educational opportunities Medstar has to offer their nurse. Emergency Department Tech, and Emergency Department Nurse Extern experience strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs-from routine to highly complex. You will assess evolving patient conditions, identify actual and potential health concerns, and develop appropriate care plans. Interventions may be delivered directly or coordinated through collaboration with other members of the nursing team
