Responsibilities

  • Create awareness of Cycle Pharma's treatment options and support services through various selling activities.
  • Engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) and accounts via phone, email, video conferencing, and in-person meetings.
  • Educate customers about the prescribing process and relevant support services for patients.
  • Collaborate with patient support teams to coordinate care effectively.
  • Facilitate community-based education initiatives through thought leaders as necessary.
  • Provide input and collaborate with Marketing on diagnostic and treatment education tools.
  • Execute marketing programs and support medical meetings to communicate essential messages.
  • Maintain adherence to compliance guidelines and develop a quarterly business plan for the territory.

Neurology Account Manager - Full time, remote position covering the Pacific North West

Cycle Company: Cycle Pharma Inc

Location: Remote position but candidates will ideally live in Pacific Northwest operating from the Seattle or Portland areas. Territories include Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana.

Position Summary: This is a full-time position within our Neurology US Sales department.

Salary range: This position is paying a base salary of $140,000 - $160,000 + sales incentive bonus.

What you will be doing
  • Create awareness about Cycle Pharma treatment options and the services that can be provided to support both HCPs and patients, through physician, nurse and office-based selling and promotional activity.
  • Engage accounts and HCPs through a variety of mediums including phone, email, video conferencing, and face to face.
  • Educate regarding prescribing process and support services when you help a customer identify a patient.
  • Partner with our HUB and wider patient support team to coordinate patient
  • Coordinate community-based education through thought leaders when requested.
  • Provide input to and collaborate with the Marketing departments and training teams regarding diagnosis, disease education and treatment education, tools and messages.
  • Execute marketing programs and support medical meeting presence to communicate key messages.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs on education and other initiatives when appropriate.
  • Adhere to compliance guidelines.
  • Develop and execute quarterly territory business plan.


What you'll bring
  • Pharmaceutical and/or specialty pharmacy sales experience in: Neurology, multiple sclerosis, and neuromuscular disorders.
  • Experience selling both biopharmaceutical products and services (Rare Disease sales experience is a plus)
  • Proven field-based experience in biopharmaceutical industry and Hospital/Institutional sales
  • Confident at delivering results that meet targeted
  • Experience with CRM systems, Outlook, Excel
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams, proactively sharing information and insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel > 70%
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving
