$85,000 Why This Role ExistsWe're strengthening our internal IT function to support a growing, multi-location organization. This role is a key hire who will own network and systems performance, solve complex issues, and help build a more scalable IT foundation.
This is a strong fit for someone who's been wearing multiple hats in a smaller environment and is ready to take on more ownership and influence.
What You'll Be DoingTechnical Ownership- Act as escalation point for network and systems issues (Tier 2/3)
- Troubleshoot connectivity, outages, and performance across ~40 locations
- Support and standardize network infrastructure (FortiGate, UniFi)
Build & Improve- Identify recurring issues and implement long-term fixes
- Support Azure-based infrastructure and identity environment (Entra ID)
- Contribute to infrastructure improvements and documentation
- Help establish processes that scale as the team grows
What Success Looks Like- 0-60 Days: Ramp quickly and begin resolving escalations independently
- By 90 Days: Own the majority of complex issues and identify improvement opportunities
- Ongoing: Play a key role in shaping how IT operates as the organization grows

What We Need (Non-Negotiables)- Hands-on experience with network infrastructure (firewalls, switching, VPNs)
- FortiGate and/or UniFi preferred
- Working knowledge of:
- Azure + Entra ID
- Hybrid environments (cloud + some on-prem)
- Background in a lean IT environment (not highly siloed)
Nice to Have- Experience supporting multi-location environments
- Exposure to migrations (on-prem cloud)
- Basic scripting or automation experience
Work Setup- Local to Eden Prairie, Minnesota required
- Onsite for first ~90 days for training, then hybrid (2-3 days onsite)
