About the RoleMindray is seeking a Network Support Engineer I to support the networking environments that enable our patient monitoring and healthcare technology solutions. This role is responsible for troubleshooting network-related issues, supporting customer deployments, assisting with integrations, and collaborating with internal teams and customer IT departments to ensure reliable system performance.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in enterprise networking, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, routing, switching, and performance issues
- Support customer network integrations and deployments of Mindray products and solutions
- Provide remote technical assistance to customers, field service personnel, and internal teams
- Analyze network environments to identify and resolve compatibility and performance concerns
- Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge base articles
- Manage support cases and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, IT, and other cross-functional teams
- Assist with network-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience supporting enterprise network environments
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, switching, VLANs, DHCP, and DNS
- Experience troubleshooting network connectivity and performance issues
- Familiarity with enterprise networking technologies from vendors such as Cisco, Aruba, or similar platforms
- Understanding of network security concepts, including segmentation, authentication, and access controls
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications- CCNA, Network+, or similar networking certification
- Experience supporting healthcare, clinical, or highly regulated environments
- Exposure to multicast networking technologies and enterprise network design concepts

Salary Description
$90,000-$110,000
