Role Description: Pixxel is seeking a highly motivated IT/Network Engineer to develop, implement, manage and protect our network infrastructure and IT systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a dedication to optimizing network performance/security, have an understanding of cybersecurity and reduce overall risks associated with technology infrastructures.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Plan, design, and deploy network solutions that meet the organization's needs.

Administer and troubleshoot servers and workstations, ensuring system reliability and performance.
Monitor and maintain network performance daily, implementing enhancements as necessary.

Familiarity with scripting languages for automation tasks.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Hands-on experience with Meraki/Cisco firewalls,VPN, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) tools
Security assessment of technical architecture and solutions
Ability to pick company tools and protocols
Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, MAC) and network monitoring tools.
Excellent problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
Hands-on experience in security systems, including vulnerability management, identity, and access management, security risk assessments, application testing, etc.
