Role Scope- Lead the network engineering team: hiring, growth, priorities, and delivery across design and operations.
- Own the network roadmap from fabric generations to backbone expansion, sequenced to the build plan.
- Run the operating rhythm between design, deployment, and production so the network org moves as one.
- Build the team ahead of demand: networks at this scale need engineers the market barely produces.
