About This Job:

As a Network Engineer, you'll be the primary networking expert across our service teams. You'll design, implement, and support client network environments, from firewall configurations and VLAN design to multi-site deployments and performance optimization.

You'll serve as the highest-level escalation point for complex network issues and partner closely on new deployments and upgrades. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic ownership, ensuring client environments are secure, scalable, and standardized.

As a SME technical resource, you'll help set the networking standard across our organization while building strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.

What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the networking subject matter expert across Service Delivery and Professional Services
  • Design, configure, and support client network environments, including new deployments and upgrades
  • Own monitoring, performance, and standardization of networks across subscription clients
  • Act as the highest-level escalation point for complex network issues and lead root cause analysis
  • Partner on project scoping, execution, and documentation for network-focused initiatives
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance reliability, scalability, and security


About You:
  • 5+ years of experience in a network engineering or advanced network administration role
  • Deep understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, switching, firewalls, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise network platforms (e.g., Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, UniFi, Palo Alto)
  • Relevant certification (CCNA, CCNP, NSE, PCNSE, or similar) preferred
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting skills with experience serving as an escalation point
  • Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally and manage project timelines
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
