Job Summary:

Leidos is seeking a Network Engineer to help design, build, and fine-tune the backbone of our mission-critical systems. If you're passionate about performance, security, and seamless connectivity, this is your chance to make a real impact.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Architect and deploy secure, high-performance network solutions
  • Keep our LANs running smoothly with hands-on administration and troubleshooting
  • Monitor and optimize dataflow to reduce latency and boost throughput
  • Capture and analyze network performance data to drive improvements
  • Configure and integrate front-end and back-end systems for seamless communication
  • Collaborate on mission-driven network designs and architecture
  • Translate performance metrics into actionable system requirements


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience, or master's degree and 6 years of experience. Candidates without bachelors degrees will be considered on a case by case basis and will be required to have additional years of related experience.
  • Solid grasp of secure network design, configuration, and maintenance
  • Experience with performance monitoring tools and data analysis
  • Ability to optimize complex systems for speed and reliability
  • IAT Level I certification (DoD 8570.01-M compliant)
  • Clearance Requirement - Active TS/SCI with polygraph
