NetSuite Systems Administrator

Location: Cerritos, CA (100% On-site) | Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

The NetSuite Systems Administrator serves as the primary administrator for GST's NetSuite ERP environment. This role partners with stakeholders across Accounting, Sales, Operations, and Warehouse teams to optimize business processes, support system users, enhance reporting capabilities, and drive data-informed decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong NetSuite administration experience with a passion for improving operational efficiency and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, maintain, and support the NetSuite ERP platform and related applications.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement NetSuite-based solutions.
  • Configure, test, and deploy system enhancements, customizations, and workflows.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, saved searches, reports, KPIs, custom fields, and workflows.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide end-user support.
  • Analyze business data and develop reporting solutions that support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and best practices to ensure data integrity and system efficiency.
  • Support ongoing projects, system upgrades, and change requests.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of NetSuite ERP administration, ERP systems administration, or business systems analyst experience.
  • Hands-on experience configuring NetSuite dashboards, workflows, saved searches, custom forms, records, fields, and KPIs.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience troubleshooting application issues and providing end-user support.

Preferred:
  • NetSuite Administrator, NetSuite ERP Consultant, or NetSuite Analyst experience.
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification or other NetSuite certifications.
  • Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteTalk.
  • Experience supporting ERP integrations with Salesforce, CRM systems, eCommerce platforms, EDI, shipping platforms, and third-party applications.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, advanced Excel, and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience with distribution, warehousing, inventory management, supply chain, manufacturing, technology, or value-added reseller (VAR) environments.
  • Experience supporting financial operations, procurement, inventory control, order management, and fulfillment processes.
