Job Summary

The NetSuite Administrator owns the organization's NetSuite environment, Boomi deployment, and serves as the internal functional lead for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) operations in partnership with the organization's EDI managed service provider. This role reports directly to the Sr. IT Manager and is responsible for the reliability of NetSuite, Boomi integrations, and EDI trading partner connections supporting order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report processes for Luxor and its parent company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own NetSuite administration, including user access, roles/permissions, and system configuration
  • Support NetSuite OneWorld administration, including subsidiary-level configuration, intercompany transactions, and multi-currency considerations
  • Manage third-party integrations connected to NetSuite, including the sales tax engine, credit card payment gateway, transportation management system (TMS), and warehouse management system (WMS)
  • Maintain and troubleshoot NetSuite customizations, including SuiteFlow, custom records, and SuiteScript (troubleshooting only; SuiteScript development not required)
  • Perform sandbox testing and validate NetSuite release upgrades against existing customizations and integrations prior to production deployment
  • Perform routine data maintenance, including mass updates and CSV imports, and provide first-line troubleshooting and support for internal NetSuite users
  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot saved searches, SuiteAnalytics datasets, workbooks, and dashboards to support operational and financial reporting
  • Own administration of the organization's iPaaS environment, including processes, subprocesses, and workflow steps (Boomi, Celigo, or similar)
  • Monitor performance, logs, and troubleshoot processes and subprocesses connecting NetSuite to other business systems supporting order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and other operational functions
  • Lead incident response for integration-related failures, coordinating with external vendors and partners as needed
  • Serve as the functional lead for EDI operations, working alongside the organization's EDI managed service provider
  • Act as the primary internal point of contact for EDI-related customer needs, coordinating with sales and customer care to assess and prioritize requested changes
  • Proactively monitor EDI transaction sets and trading partner requirements to maintain connectivity ahead of disruption
  • Maintain documentation of integration designs, configurations, data mappings, trading partner specifications, and operational processes
  • Operate within the organization's change management process


Job Requirements

Education and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent business experience
  • 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience, including experience administering an iPaaS platform (Boomi, Celigo, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of electronic data interchange (EDI) and X12 ANSI-standard transaction sets including supporting trading partners, VANs, FTP, and related EDI protocols
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining reports and dashboards within NetSuite, such as saved searches, SuiteAnalytics datasets, and workbooks
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and learn new systems quickly
