Your Role at a Glance- Staffing Model: 2 Neonatologists and 4.5 NNPs
- Facility Details:
- 25-bed Level III NICU
- 36-bed Newborn Nursery
- ~3,888 annual deliveries
- NICU ADC: 12.6 | Nursery ADC: 15.4
- Regional transport team staffed by RNs and RTs
- Coverage Includes:
- NICU, newborn nursery, and high-risk deliveries
- NNPs provide 1st call coverage at night
