Full Job Description
You Are:

As the Navy Cyber/IW Strategy & Growth Lead, you will be responsible for shaping, building and maintaining a billion dollar + strategic growth pipeline across the Navy Enterprise - focusing on full spectrum cyber and information warfare (IW) services and solutions. This position drives market expansion, growth strategies, and large-scale program delivery for Navy Cyber Missions. Success in this position requires the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the Navy and ability to build trust across stakeholders and within highly complex and sensitive mission sets. Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of Navy mission support, if not former Navy service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Growth and Sales: Own go-to-market strategies, win multi-million dollar contracts, and meet financial and P&L targets. Experience managing at least $30M of sustained revenue a year and $100M+ of pipeline.
  • Client Advisory: Build trusted relationships with federal C-suite executives and Navy stakeholders across commissioned and NCO levels. Must have strong understanding of the Navy Organization.
  • Solution "Federalization": Adapt commercial technology, AI, and cyber solutions to fit the strict compliance, security, and operational needs of the federal market. Must have experience in customer value proposition development as well as a strong background in collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and clarity. Familiarity with tools and processes such as proposal management software, document collaboration platforms, and version control systems will be highly beneficial. Lead and manage the end-to-end strategic capture and proposal development process, from inception to submission.
  • Practice Building/Client Delivery: Stand up operational capabilities, mentor junior talent, and guide multi-disciplinary Navy delivery teams. Continuously Identify, train, and grow talent. Must be able to coordinate with cross-functional teams and work with AFS Internal capabilities and Reinvention partners to gather necessary information and ensure delivery excellence. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content in both the proposal process as well as in program delivery. Your ability to synthesize input from diverse stakeholders and maintain high standards in written materials will be key to driving growth and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years in federal government contracting, featuring large-scale program delivery and strategic business development. Preferred prior service in the DoW, with a deep understanding of operations, technology, and processes.
  • Executive Background: At least 5 years of executive leadership (e.g., Vice President, General Director, Managing Director) managing explicit financial goals.
  • Network: Deep, active relationships with senior leadership and decision-makers within the targeted federal sector.
  • Track Record: Verifiable history of capturing major competitive awards and scaling enterprise accounts.
  • Clearance/Citizenship: United States citizenship and an active TS (with SCI eligibility)

Bonus Points If:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Certifications: CISSP or other Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISM, CISA, OSCP, or equivalent are highly desirable.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
