Job DescriptionAdminister a navigational program that will assist and expedite the diagnostic care of patients from discovery of abnormality through diagnosis. Collaborate with providers to provide support, education, referrals, coordination of care and other assistance during the diagnosis and treatment planning stages for patient with cancer or the suspicion of cancer.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree and Nursing degree (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing required. Applicants without a BSN degree must actively pursue and attain a BSN within five years of hire. Continued employment by Swedish beyond five years is contingent upon attaining the BSN degree. Or Equivalent education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration.
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 3 years of experience in Oncology, Breast Care and health care delivery. Equivalent education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration.
Preferred qualifications:- Upon hire: Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) and/or comparable breast certification

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
