What You'll Do- Lead and manage large government programs ($60M+), with a strong focus on Naval programs.
- Serve as the forward-facing program lead, building strong relationships with senior government stakeholders.
- Apply expertise in Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) to mitigate risks across hardware, materials, and software.
- Review and resolve Navy HM&E DMSMS issues.
- Facilitate DMSMS working groups and serve as a subject matter leader.
- Develop issue resolution plans, cost estimates, and mitigation strategies that ensure mission success.
- Drive innovative solutions and milestones while leading cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or STEM discipline (Master's preferred).
- 16+ years of progressive program management experience, overseeing complex government programs ($60M+).
- 5+ years of logistics experience with a focus on DMSMS.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to innovate and implement effective solutions in high-visibility environments.
- PMP certification strongly preferred.
- Interim or Active Secret clearance required; Top Secreta plus.
