Qualifications

• Knowledge of panel processing, furniture, or cabinet production.
• Strong leadership for managing field crews and subcontractors across multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills to represent the company on-site.
• Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn proprietary systems.
• Willingness to travel extensively for on-site roles.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of installation teams on Stiles projects nationwide.
• Lead field crews and subcontractors from mobilization to commissioning.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact, coordinating with customers and project teams.
• Ensure fulfillment of installation terms on time and on scope.
• Track quality and resolve installation issues proactively.
• Manage site budgets and supplier costs, adapting to scope changes.
• Lead on-site meetings involving teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Implement and enforce safety and compliance protocols at every site.
