Full Job Description
This position is for an upcoming vacancy.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for technical design/support for Canada. Interfaces between customers and branches to design and deliver projects while providing technical guidance to local sales/technicians.
  • Responsible for national support and promotion of Troy's solution business locally - including Security, PA/Intercom, Nurse Call, Patient Wandering, etc.
  • Support all local customer and architect/engineer interactions.
  • Provide direction and communicate project progression from beginning to completion including guidance on design, permits, material delivery, labour schedules and field installation.
  • Support project plans to meet schedules and budgets.
  • Sales and technical field support for offices including Security, PA/Intercom, Nurse Call, Patient
  • Wandering, etc.
  • Support work in progress meetings.
  • Understand and follow all published codes, standards, and unique project specifications.
  • Communicate and deliver national installation consistencies. Review field installations to ensure the highest quality; that product is installed per Troy and manufacturer requirements.
  • Develops associated cost estimates & assists with proposals.
  • Facilitates training for responsible branches and subcontractors on all solution products.
  • Create riser/drawings when required.
  • Support all National sales and technical initiatives including field support (if necessary).
  • Security, Access control, Camera, and Nurse Call Estimator
  • Testing/reviewing new equipment.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
