Job Description/Responsibilities
This On Premise National Manager role is built for someone who knows how to grow brands in hospitality through relationships, execution, and influence. You'll lead key on-premise partnerships across Canada while working closely with distributor partners to drive distribution, visibility, and share growth for priority brands. This is a highly collaborative, field-facing role where success comes from turning strategy into execution and building credibility with customers and partners alike. What You'll Do
• Lead strategic on-premise relationships to grow distribution, visibility, and share across priority brands
• Work closely with distributor partners to execute market strategies and improve in-market performance
• Develop and influence stakeholders across customers, distributors, and internal teams to drive alignment and results
• Build and execute on-premise programs that strengthen brand presence and unlock incremental growth opportunities
• Use KPIs and market insights to identify opportunities, measure execution, and improve performance over time
Qualifications/Requirements

Required:
• Bachelor's degree
• 5-8 years of sales experience within the Canadian on-premise channel
• Proven ability to influence customers, distributor partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive results
• Experience managing both direct customer relationships and indirect distributor-driven business models
Preferred:
• Experience in market development, sales analysis, or hospitality-focused brand building
• Strong understanding of on-premise execution and customer engagement strategies
• Experience working within beverage alcohol, CPG, or distributor-driven environments

The annual salary range for this role is 66,240-99,360 CAD. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
