OverviewWe’re seeking a passionate Atlanta-based JD ready for a new challenge. The National Director of Training will be a critical thinker and will perform meaningful training of employees for sales and operations positions organization-wide across all verticals, with an emphasis on high level e-Discovery and litigation support roles. This position reports to the VP of Human resources and his highly collaborative with executives across all departments. The National Director will lead by example as a hands-on driver of consistent adherence to all established processes and improvement to systems and procedures.
Candidates will have deep knowledge of e-Discovery and litigation support from a user perspective. Sales experience is not required. When not hosting a training class, you'll be eligible to sell e-Discovery and other litigation support solutions. Position is eligible for uncapped commission up to 16%.
For consideration, candidates must be able to fulfill office presence throughout the year at our corporate HQ in Atlanta, GA when training classes are in session. Training classes start 10 times throughout the calendar year or more, and are hosted by the National Director of Training on-site 830A-6P for 1 week in person.
Compensation for this role will range between $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 base salary based upon experience and performance throughout the interview process + uncapped commissions up to 16%.

Responsibilities
The National Director of Training will host at least 10 classes of trainees throughout the calendar year. Full time on-site office presence is required during class session weeks. Trainees will be:
- e-Discovery and Legal Solutions Sales Executives
- Facilities Management and IFM Sales Executives
- Entry-level Sales Representatives and Business Development Representatives
- Operational Leaders
- and more
When not hosting a training class, National Director will sell e-Discovery and Legal Support Solutions. Position is eligible for uncapped commission on sales.

Qualifications
Candidates will be Atlanta-based with a JD and active bar certification in good standing, with deep knowledge of e-Discovery and litigation support from a user perspective. Sales experience is not required.
