Roles & ResponsibilitiesStrategic Account Leadership - Own top-tier national and platform accounts end-to-end
- Lead top-to-top meetings and long-term joint business planning
- Set clear customer strategies aligned to NA and global priorities
Commercial Ownership - Full accountability for revenue, margin, and profitability
- Lead pricing strategy, promotional architecture, and investment decisions
- Drive disciplined forecasting and demand planning
Leadership & Influence - Lead and develop KAMs and JKAMs where applicable
- Act as a senior commercial voice within the local business
Execution at Scale - Ensure flawless execution across large, complex retail organizations
- Translate strategy into execution with pace and clarity
- Drive accountability across cross-functional teams
Skills & Experience- 7-10+ years' experience in national or strategic account management
- Proven delivery of large-scale retail growth
- Strong commercial judgement and P&L understanding
- Demonstrated people leadership and influence
