National Account Manager - Hyperscalers - Remote60% TravelUnited StatesThe Job:As a National Account Manager-Hyperscalers, you will be responsible for leading the overall account strategy for major data center hyperscalers to drive adoption of DEWALT™ tools and total jobsite solutions across mission critical construction and operations environments. This role is accountable for building strong enterprise-level partnerships that align the DEWALT professional portfolio with the hyperscalers' safety, productivity, uptime, and standardization objectives. Serving as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across procurement, construction, operations, facilities, safety, commissioning, and executive leadership, this individual will bring a strong commercial mindset, strategic account management expertise, and knowledge of mission critical environments. The ideal candidate will identify growth opportunities, lead complex end-user engagements, and partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable solutions that strengthen DEWALT's position as a preferred partner across hyperscale data center programs. You'll get to:
- Own and grow a strategic national account relationship with major data center hyperscalers, expanding DEWALT's presence across new builds, fit-outs, commissioning activities, and ongoing facility operations.
- Develop and execute a multi-year account strategy focused on increasing adoption of DEWALT tools, storage, accessories, connected jobsite solutions, and standardized equipment platforms across the customer's data center portfolio.
- Position DEWALT as a strategic partner by aligning with the hyperscalers' priorities around safety, productivity, uptime, speed of deployment, and operational consistency with tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across sourcing, construction management, mission critical operations, facilities, safety, commissioning, and executive leadership.
- Identify opportunities to replace less efficient, inconsistent, or higher-risk methods with safer, more productive DEWALT solutions suited for mission critical environments.
- Lead customer business reviews, account planning sessions, and implementation roadmaps tied to measurable business and site-level outcomes.
- Drive pilot programs, field evaluations, and rollout plans that support successful product adoption and long-term standardization across multiple sites and regions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including field sales, trade specialists, product management, training, marketing, and support resources, to deliver a coordinated customer experience.
- Influence customer standards, specifications, and approved product selections where applicable across hyperscale construction and facility programs.
- Monitor pipeline health, account performance, adoption trends, and forecast accuracy; communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to internal leadership.
- Gather customer insights related to mission critical construction, commissioning, facility operations, safety requirements, and emerging market trends to help inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Represent DEWALT professionally at customer meetings, active project sites, data center campuses, trade events, and industry engagements.

- Bachelor's degree in business, Construction Management, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- 5+ years of experience in national account management, strategic sales, business development, enterprise selling, or a related commercial role.
- Experience working with hyperscalers, large end users, mission critical operators, data center developers, specialty contractors, or industrial/construction organizations.
- Familiarity with data center construction, commissioning processes, facility operations, and mission critical operating environments.
- Industry knowledge of large-scale data center, mission critical, industrial, or complex commercial construction segments.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-level customer relationships across geographically dispersed organizations.
- Experience with professional power tools, hand tools, accessories, storage, jobsite technology, or industrial safety solutions strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting change management, implementation, and training in field-based or operational environments preferred.
- Demonstrated success driving product adoption, standardization, or enterprise agreements within mission critical, construction, or industrial environments.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and experience managing long-cycle strategic opportunities.
- Ability to travel 60%, including overnight travel to customer offices, project sites, data center campuses, and internal meetings.

The Total Target Cash Compensation range for this position is $105,000.00 - $169,100.00
- This is the lowest to highest total target cash compensation range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. This role is eligible for a sales incentive plan or commission. Therefore, the total target cash compensation range is inclusive of base salary and target variable cash compensation.
