Job Description:

As a National Accounts Manager for FNA Group, you will report to the VP of Retail Sales and will be responsible for developing and growing key retail partnerships within the company's consumers portfolio. You will lead our sales initiatives with our customers in efforts of growing our business. Additionally, you will interface with FNA Group Demand Planning, Marketing, and Product teams in developing selling strategies, launching new products and aligning our forecast in efforts of delivering incremental business for your customers while maintaining targeted volume and profitability levels. The National Accounts Manager can work remotely from a home office in the southeastern United States.

Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with your merchant while collaborating cross-functionally with each of your customer support teams with a purpose of delivering growth, expanded margins and brand awareness.
  • Serve as the primary contact for your assigned retail accounts.
  • Develop and manage annual account plans aligned with our company and our customers' objectives.
  • Lead customer meetings, business line reviews, PLR and strategic planning sessions for your customers.
  • Identify opportunities to expand distribution, assortment, revenue and market share.
  • Responsible for forecasting of assigned product lines, both units and dollars, plus incremental promotional opportunities.
  • Analyze POS, shipments, inventory, pricing, promotional performances and customer trends.
  • Lead and prepare weekly/monthly recaps highlighting sales, forecasting updates, and opportunities ensuring both customers and FNA teams are aligned.
  • Develop presentations, business reviews and strategic analyses for your customers.


Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of sales, account management or customer management experience.
  • Experience in consumer products, durable goods, outdoor power equipment and home improvement related categories a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with colleagues across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong understanding of retail sales, merchandising, pricing, promotions and POS.
  • Analytical and financial capabilities.
  • Travel is required.


Education/Certification:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Business, Finance, Marketing or related fields.
