PRIMARY OBJECTIVES/JOB SUMMARY

Annual Salary: $ 100k-$120k

The National Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships, developing strategic account plans, curating client satisfaction, and being a trusted advisor with insurance clients to increase overall sales revenue through Direct Repair Program additions and referral claims growth within the various markets Classic Collision and Ultimate Auto Glass & Electronics serves

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES/JOB FUNCTION -Other duties may be assigned as necessary
• Seeking revenue and expansion opportunities for collision in every market we serve
• Maintain and build strong and long-term insurance and industry relationships which in turn increases assignment flow, revenue, and referrals for all lines of business
• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary contact for insurance clients ensuring long-term growth and account retention
• Scheduling, preparing, and attending strategic insurance claims meetings and other sales presentations as well as executing follow-up actions and regular business reviews
• Creating, negotiating, and closing Direct Repair Program agreements locally and nationally
• Assist SVP of Business Development on strategy and requests for labor rate and part code table negotiations
• Work with Operations and Leadership to drive actionable insights to enhance overall carrier partnerships and service levels
• Support Market Leadership in prompt resolution of carrier concerns
• Devise and implement sales growth strategies across all markets we serve
• Regular review of Classic Collision performance, revenue, and center sales growth month over month
• Identify process and performance inefficiencies and propose strategic solutions to enhance experience for insurance partnerships
• Maintain knowledge of carrier guidelines, key performance indicators, competitor offerings, and industry trends to offer informed insights
• Understand repair methods and work with carrier partners on necessary process and guidelines changes
• Collaborate with performance managers to enhance client relations, improve performance results, and increase sales effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-specific solutions
• Travel to shops, client home offices, strategic and carrier meetings, and industry events

Requirements of the role
• Proven business development manager who is used to working towards goals and sales targets
• Proven track record in sales, business development, negotiation and winning new business.
• Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
• History of managing Direct Repair Programs with a top 10 insurance carrier with track record of revenue and capacity growth
• Experience knowledge of repair center operations and processes as well as insurance claims management
• Show an understanding of the challenges facing the industry at present and illustrate a knowledge of the operational attention to detail

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to travel up to 65%, which includes some overnight travel
• Must have valid driver's license and be eligible for insurance coverage
• Minimum 5 years estimating experience
• Working knowledge of Mitchell Cloud Estimating and CCC One estimating platform and management system
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PPT.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as repair procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to write and present sales presentations, reports, and quarterly business reviews
• Ability to speak effectively and present before groups of customers or employees of organization
